Your website is losing customers. We will show you exactly where.
A free 1-page teardown of your site: what is broken, what it costs you, and the three fixes that matter most. Written in plain English by the engineers who would fix it. No sales call required.
Five checks, run by hand, on your actual site.
No automated report exports. An engineer looks at your site the way your customers and their AI assistants do.
Phone experience
Most local traffic is mobile. We check how your site actually renders, reads, and converts on a phone, not a designer monitor.
Speed
Slow pages bleed visitors before they see your offer. We measure real load behavior and call out exactly what is dragging.
Google snippet
Your title, description, and structured data decide whether your listing earns the click. We check what Google actually shows for you.
AI visibility
Customers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for recommendations. We test whether AI systems can read your site and whether you show up in the answers.
Contact and booking flow
Every extra step between a visitor and an inquiry costs you customers. We walk your funnel the way a first-time visitor does.
What you get
One page. Your top three issues, ranked by what they cost you, each with the concrete fix. Yours to keep, or to hand to whoever builds your site.
Can ChatGPT find your business? For most local sites, the honest answer is no.
When someone asks an AI assistant for the best shop, firm, or restaurant in town, the answer comes from what AI systems can read: your site's structure, your robots rules, and the sources that mention you. We test all of it and show you where you stand next to the competitors who are getting recommended.
- Whether AI crawlers are allowed to read your site at all
- Whether your pages describe your business in a form machines can cite
- Whether AI models recognize your business name today
- Which competitors currently win the recommendation, and why

- 2Get the teardown
Within 2 business days you get one page by email: the top three issues, ranked by impact, each with its fix.
- 3Optional walkthrough
If you want the fixes, book 15 minutes on Zoom. We walk the findings and quote a fixed price. If not, the teardown is still yours.
We do this for real local businesses.
Beaming Boston Tours took bookings over email threads. We rebuilt the flow into a 90-second live booking with card checkout.

Is it actually free?
Yes. The teardown is how we meet businesses we might build for. We spend real engineering time on the checks, and the findings are yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
Will you call me?
No. Everything happens over email. The only live conversation is a 15-minute Zoom walkthrough, and only if you book it yourself.
What if my site is fine?
Then the teardown says so. We will tell you the one or two things worth keeping an eye on and leave it at that.
What does a rebuild cost if I want the fixes?
Fixed price, quoted in the walkthrough before any work starts, with half due up front and half at launch. Most small-business rebuilds take about two weeks.
Paste your website address. That is genuinely all we need.
Add anything that has been bugging you about the site if you like. We reply by email within one business day, and the teardown itself lands within two.
Prefer to talk it through first? Book the 15-minute Zoom. No cold calls, ever; email is our lane until you say otherwise.
